Unfortunately we cannot guarantee door to door delivery for every item. Deliveries to rural areas and towns may require the goods to be collected from the nearest freight depot. If the receiver is unable to accept the goods on the day of delivery a contact card will be left for them to call the nearest freight depot for collection. Faulty Product:
Unless stated otherwise, we offer a 12-month warranty on all products. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is faulty please contact us immediately. Once approved by our customer service team we will contact you to confirm the process for the return, refund or replacement of the item.
