This is a broadband LNA with extremely low noise figure. The PGA-103+ chip is produced by Mini-Circuits. It is a modern new generation of ultra-linear low-noise monolithic amplifier with ultra-high IP3, high dynamic range and high output Power and extremely low noise figure. To ensure that the maximum dynamic range and linearity are achieved with the lowest possible noise figure.
