The following magazines do NOT contain an address:
March, June, July, October, November, December
Some waves on the covers of the following issues: March, April, May (plus a scrape on the "s" of "Golf Digest), June
December issue is brand new. The plastic was only opened on February 6, 2023 to remove an envelope, the magazine remains in the plastic.
September issue is Collector's Edition. Other than a scratch on the binding on "es" in "Best", and minor scratches / indentation on the back cover, there are no other wrinkles, waves, folds, etc.
Masters Preview picture is the April 2009 issue.
U.S. Open Preview picture is the June 2009 issue.
