Assembling Tissue Pom-poms
1. Fold stick of paper (unassembled pom-pom) in half
2. Unfold and tie ribbon along the crease of the paper pom poms
3. Fan out sheets on half of the pom-pom
4. Wiggle the tissue paper close to the ribbon (1 layer at a time)
5. Repeat step 4 until all paper is evenly spaced and the top half looks like a ball
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 until pom-pom is done
