The soft, elastic, warm and impact-absorbing surface prevents tendons and joints from overstressing while the antislip surface guarantees overall safer standing or walking. For a horse, the insulating effect of rubber means less cold underfoot thus fewer problems with muscles, rheumatism and lameness. In addition, the sound insulation makes the stable a quieter place, while the water permeable dry fast surface reduces the smell of ammonia that is a common feature with other types of bedding, making the place more hygienic.

RETURNS INFORMATION

All Delta Mart products come with a manufacturers guarantee. In case any defect in product received, you can return the item to us. You can claim a refund of the original item.

You are required to obtain a RNA via email before sending the product back, to ensure for fast refund. However, in all other cases, if you wish to return goods, please contact us with the details as soon as possible.

We will accept any returns or exchanges within 30 days from date of delivery. After 30 days from date of delivery, the goods received will be assumed satisfactory and any claims for errors in shipment, or requests for returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

We will only accept goods returned provided they are clean, in original condition, in a saleable condition, with no rips, tears, damages or markings.
All decisions of return of goods are subject to the discretion of Delta Mart and the normal policies prevailing in the industry.

If not agreed in advance, all Returns and/or Exchanges are subject to a Return Shipping/Collection Fee and a maximum handling fee of 20%.

Extra delivery charges will be there for delivery to a non standard are as given below:

Charges for delivery to Europe including the Republic of Ireland, please contact us. Exact delivery price based on your location.

A person must be available to take delivery of the item. Buyer will be responsible of any costs towards re-delivery due to no-one available to sign for the goods delivered.

You must inform us of any access or other issues at the time of placing anorder and also provide us with a contact number, which will be conveyed to the courier.

We help the customers by pass on any specific delivery request's (leave at the gate if not in, house down the lane etc.). However, we cannot guarantee for the same as these are out of our control.
