International shipping
We use eBay's Global Shipping Programme (GSP) for international orders. Combined shipping is available for most destinations, simply add the items to basket to view a combined shipping cost. Combined shipping is only available by using the basket to purchase all items in one single transaction, orders placed separately cannot subsequently be combined. If GSP is not available in your reqion we will not be able to accept your order.
Customs, Duties, VAT & Import Taxes
EU & IOSS - Supply VAT will be collected by eBay on all EU orders up to a value of €150 excluding shipping. VAT is charged on all items including shipping, insurance, and any other charges related to the order. You'll see the VAT charge in the order total at checkout. Packages will be marked with contents, value and eBay's IOSS registration number. No further VAT charges will apply although a small number of countries apply a modest admin fee to receive your item. All EU orders over €150 will not include VAT and will be subject to local customs charges prior to delivery. In practice it is paid to the courier as part of clearing the package through customs.
Canary Islands - do not participate in the IOSS process. All orders will not include VAT and will be subject to local customs charges prior to delivery. You will be invoiced by the courier and the fee must be paid before the item can be delivered.
Norway & VOEC - eBay is required to collect VAT on items up to 3,000 NOK imported into Norway. You'll see the VAT charge in the order total at checkout. eBay does not collect VAT on items with a value above 3,000 NOK. However, VAT and customs duties will still be collected at the Norwegian border. In practice it is paid to the courier as part of clearing the package through customs.
AU & NZ GST - Will be collected by eBay on all Australian and New Zealand orders up to a value of A$1,000 / NZ$1,000 excluding shipping. No further GST charges will apply. GST on purchases valued at over $1,000 is generally collected at the AU or NZ border. You may need to pay GST as part of clearing the package through customs.

US Sales Tax - Tax laws vary between states, and sales tax may be required to be collected by eBay or paid directly by the buyer. If your delivery address is in one of the US states where eBay is required to charge sales tax, it will be included in the order total at checkout. You may still have to pay duty and customs processing fees.
Aside from the charges listed above, all import and export costs, import VAT, duty, customs fees and courier admin charges are the responsibility of the customer.
