Seller's 30-Day Warranty for hardware functionality only. Manufacturer may give longer warranty based on the machine the product is installed in.  Warranty process is simple, contact us within the warranty period with problem details for diagnosis, if problem couldn’t be solved via email/phone support, you’ll be issued RMA # with return address, once we received your returned product, we’ll repair or replace the defective product as soon as we are able.  If we are not able to repair/replace the defective product, we’ll issue full refund.
