This is a beautiful single row of clear faceted rhinestones for a Shrine Unit Tassel Holder .  Finished in a polished gold tone, is lined with brilliant sparkling clear faceted rhinestones.  Has 2 military style brass clutch back pins. These are brand new.   It measures 3 inches across, from point to point.  Will ship in a nice gift box.  I am entering many more brand new beautifully designed Tassel Holders that are all very nicely constructed.  DO NOT USE THE PINS ON THE BADGE TO POKE THE HOLES IN THE ITEM YOU ARE ATTACHING IT TO.  THE PINS COULD BREAK OFF.  USE A SMALL NAIL, THUMB TACK OR ANYTHING ELSE BUT THE PINS ON THE BADGE.
