The item available here is a new old stock Simpson volt meter.  It comes as shown in new condition in the original packaging.  There are SIX initially available (see last picture).

It has not been tested and comes with a 30 day return policy from the date the item was shipped, EXCEPT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.  Postage is not covered.
