TURBOCHARGER/CARTRIDGE WARRANTY

  • The turbocharger warranty is valid for 12 months from the invoice date or 40,000 km, whichever comes first.

  • The turbocharger cartridge warranty is valid for 12 months from the invoice date.

Please note that all turbochargers returned under warranty will be returned to you after repair. If a turbocharger/cartridge is returned to us as defective and is found to be damaged due to improper installation, an inspection will be carried out, and repair costs will be proposed.

To enable us to provide a warranty on a turbocharger, the following conditions must be met:

  • An invoice from a professional garage or mechanic confirming the proper installation of these components according to installation instructions.

  • You must provide a purchase invoice for new spare parts required for the proper installation of the turbocharger, including at a minimum:

  • Oil filter
  • Air filter
  • New oil
  • Banjo bolts
  • Oil supply pipe and drain pipe

Failure to comply with any of these requirements will result in a denial of the warranty:

  • There are visible signs of damage caused by impact (e.g., damage to a compressor wheel by a foreign object).
  • The presence of clear signs of overheating of the cartridge and its components (bluish tint), due to insufficient lubrication or lack of oil.
  • The actuator housing must remain intact and undamaged.
  • If the turbocharger or cartridge has been damaged due to improper installation or contamination.
  • If the vehicle's ECUs have been reprogrammed.
