This is a clear slanted rocks glass by Sugahara. Made in Japan. It's 3 1/2 inches high and has a weighted bottom. The tag/sticker adhered to the base reads SUGAHARA Craft Glass of Japan. This is a very unusual piece! I can't find another like it and it's in mint condition.
