Worn by YAZ! Mike Yastrzemski used this G-Form Elite shin guard in an official Major League Baseball game on October 5th, 2022, when his San Francisco Giants played against the Padres in San Diego. Mike's uniform number 5 is hand-written twice on the guard. Nice signs of wear. Approximately 10 inches top to bottom.

This unique item was obtained from the Giants. It is MLB authenticated. Hologram number YP 340526 (validation code: TRB) (last three photos show the T, R, and B in the same spot on the hologram depending on viewing angle).
