3) We will send the artwork to your eBay account. Once you’re received, please check. If we do not receive your reply within 24 hours. We consider you like our artwork and proceed printing. 

We send your item through Australia Post parcel post. We will provide you the parcel tracking number. Buyer can always check their item with Australia Post.

Please be advised that we take no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit as we have no control over Australia Post.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the items to be delivered.

If this address is incorrect and the parcel returned to us, it will be resent only at the buyer’s expense.

Return : 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days.

Items will only be accepted in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached. If there are any signs of use, dirty or broken in anyway whatsoever, we will not accept the mug return.

Very important – We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to items being returned so please use a safe service.

Before sending back an item for a refund, you must contact us and inform us via ebay message and use the subject "Returns and your name" In the email please include your name, your address, your order number, the reason for returning the item.

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.
