The Crystal Charity Ball is a non-profit whose purpose is to help, support and contribute to children's charities in Dallas County, Texas, is now in their 69th year.
Extremely well made, no flaws. The back stamp for Halcyon Days reads 'By Appointment To Her Majesty The Queen Suppliers of Objets d' Art', then reads 'An exclusive design for the Crystal Charity Ball from Halcyon Days Enamels and Neiman Marcus'.
