Base plate with ECM cover powder coated in black to match the frame.

Includes black hinge and black 2 inch coil springs.

Compatible with Rich Phillips Leather seats 10x13, 12x13, 15x14 Tractor pans.

Springs are mounted 7 Inches apart.

This kit is made in our shop and assembled in Saint Charles Missouri, USA.

Made with 12 gauge steel or a non flimsy feeling kit.
