The Round Pipe Base with 1.5 inch Rubber ball connects to a pipe tubing diameter in the range of 1.25" to 1.875" in diameter

To connect the base, simply place the two halves around the pipe to be mounted and thread the bolts through the base holes. Now tighten the two screws equally at the sides of the round clamp base, careful not to over tighten.
