We double seal the bottle's lids to minimize the chance of leaking.
Moisture resistant packaging
We know that some of the courier companies may not take care of the parcels and sometimes they are left outside subject to different weather conditions. Hence, we pack all our kits into a multi-layer bag that serves as a barrier against moisture.
We aim to send parcels the next working day of receiving the payment. Orders made on Friday will be dispatched on Monday morning.
International Tracked
We sell our kits worldwide and trade with over 100 countries!
We recommend to use Royal Mail International Tracking service where all parcels are tracked to delivery point. The delivery aim is 5-12 working days of the dispatch day. However, this time may vary as it is related to the local courier in your country.
International Standard
We offer International Standard shipping at an efficient cost but PLEASE NOTE there is no tracking number provided with this service and it may take longer for the parcel to be delivered. Please, accept we don't control how quickly the parcels are delivered in your country.
Customs
Parcels going to the EU are subject to customs charges. eBay will automatically calculate TAX chargers on all orders up to £135.00. This means that customers SHOULD NOT BE ASKED TO PAY ANY OTHER chargers. If customers who paid customs at the checkout will be asked to pay additional charges, please contact us. We will provide you with the IOSS number (Import One Stop Shop) that you can show to a dedicated courier service in your country as proof of customs being paid.
eBay DOES NOT calculate custom TAXES on orders above £135.00. This means that chargers may be applied once the parcel is delivered to you.
If your order is above £135.00, please get in touch with us, and we may send the parcel from a warehouse in Poland.
Any orders where customs charges are refused are not guaranteed to be refunded.
Domestic Shipping
We offer FREE domestic delivery on all parcels delivered safely and on time with Royal Mail’s 2nd Class Mail within 2-3 working days, including Saturdays.
We are eBay payment complaint so you can pay for the order either using PayPal or any other preferred method.
