We use Royal Mail's second-class post for free delivery. After we have dispatched your order, parcels are most often delivered within a further 2-4 days but have been known to take 14 days. There is no guarantee of delivery time. If you must have your order sooner, we would advise using the express service.

❤ Returns Policy

Unfortunately, personalised items have no value once personalised and as such we urge you to take care that no mistakes are made when ordering as we cannot accept returns once any item has been personalised. We will copy the information you supply us in order to fulfil your order. We will contact you if the wording does not seem 'right' but it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure all spellings/wording are correct. If you wish to consider returning a non-personalised gift, then please contact us initially. All goods must be returned in the same packaging in a 're-saleable' condition in which they arrived. In the rare case any purchase arrives damaged from transit or does not arrive after 14 working days from dispatch date, then please contact us and we will follow up your enquiry. Everyone makes mistakes, including us. Please contact us if the item is faulty in any way and give us the chance to put things right. We cannot refund the postage cost incurred in returning unwanted / incorrectly ordered goods and even where you have qualified for free delivery a postage and packaging charge of £1 will be levied on unwanted goods and deducted from any refund made. You have a duty to return any item to us and the cost of doing so is your responsibility - We advise you to obtain a proof of posting.
