Skate Ramp Kit made by 'Four One Four Skateparks'

Designed for Self Build and CNC machined, this kit has been refined every year, every step has been considered to make this a fast, simple build with the ride and feel the same as one of our skatepark ramps.

The new ramp kits are CNC machined for accuracy, structural performance and also to assist the build of the ramp.
Every beam slides into a CNC recess positioning each one in exactly the right places this gives a fool proof and fast assembly.  
 


The ramp kit is made from very high quality Chudo Birch ply, the strength and longevity of this outdoors is far greater than the usual cheaper Far Eastern plywoods used in other kits.   
We don't use any cheaper plywoods in these kits, the frame and riding surface are all Birch. 
This is the best option for your outdoor ramp. 

The riding surface is included and has two layers of 9mm thick plywood, BOTH layers are Chudo Birch ply, grade BB/BB.  All the 2x4 timber beams we use are pressure treated for outdoor use.   

Additional slots are also machined in the frame to increase airflow which will help the ramp to dry out after it gets wet.  

We can provide a cover for the ramp if you wish,  a tarp cover is usually between £65 - £140 depending on the size of your ramp and the quality of the cover.  

All our ramps kits are available in multiple widths 4ft - 6ft - 8ft - 10ft - 12ft - 16ft - 20ft wide.

DELIVERY or COLLECTION
Please contact us about your delivery, this is a large item and will be delivered on an 4'x8' pallet. 
We recommend a friend helps you receive delivery, you will need to unload the pallet from the delivery vehicle.  
All parts can be lifted by one man - there are a lot of parts in your ramp so this will take around 15-20 mins to unload, the driver may not be able to leave the trucks you may need to carry the parts into your property.  
This is recommended to be a two man task.

You can also collect from our workshop in located at Adrenaline Alley Skatepark in Corby.  The ramp parts will fit in a transit van or similar size vehicle with a load length of 8ft or more. 
Average delivery costs is £140 - £220 depending on location.
