Originally hailing from Santa Cruz, California Yaphet Kotto come forth with their third CD release. Their music is perfectly suited to Ebullition. If Yaphet Kotto would have existed four years ago then they would have been playing with Policy of 3, Iconoclast, and Current. Great emotive hardcore with a duel guitar and vocal attack.

Mag played guitar in Bread & Circuits, Casey did a tour as the Good Clean Fun guitarist, and Scott also plays drums for Heart of Snow.

For seven years Yaphet Kotto has been unleashing a torrent of melodic power fashioned from a dual guitar attack, hammering drumming, and a passionate duel vocal approach. We Bury Our Dead Alive is Yaphet Kotto's third full length CD, and these ten songs are once again inspired, emotionally charged, melodic and hard hitting. Unlike many bands, time has not mellowed Yaphet Kotto. Their new material is tighter, heavier, and harder than ever before. Excellent.
