Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch all items ordered before 4 pm the same day, otherwise your item will be sent the next working day. If you would like insurance on your postage, please select Special Delivery or International Signed For.

Domestic:
-› Special Delivery is delivered Next Working Day (Mon - Fri).
-› 1st Class and 1st Class Recorded takes around 1-2 working days but can take a little longer, subject to the Royal Mail.
-› 2nd Class takes 2-4 working days for delivery

International Delivery:
Neither international delivery service offers guaranteed delivery times but as a guide we expect deliveries to Europe to be around 10 days and the rest of the world 2-3 weeks. Please contact us for further information. We do not post on Bank Holidays or weekends.

Returns Information

You may cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of receiving your goods. Should you wish to cancel, please notify us by phone or in writing and return the item to us.

We will issue a refund within 30 days. It is your duty to take reasonable care of the goods and return them to us in original condition.

Outside the cooling off period should you want to return your purchase for any reason, you can do so within 21 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges.

If there is a fault with the item outside normal wear and tear within 12 months then we will repair or replace it.

It is the duty of the customer to ensure safe return of an item to us for refund.
