Free UK Delivery
We offer free standard postage across the UK on all products, unless otherwise stated. Our trusted delivery partners include Royal Mail, EVRI and Parcelforce.
Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking information. All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse using a tracked service.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, though please allow up to 14 days during busy periods or in the event of courier delays. Delivery times are estimated by the courier and may vary depending on the destination and time of year.
Delivery Address
Your order will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Once payment is confirmed, the order is immediately processed and forwarded to our distribution centre.
Incorrect Delivery Information
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided at checkout.
Missed Deliveries & Returns
If the courier attempts delivery twice without success, they will leave a card with further instructions. Royal Mail may attempt delivery only once. It is your responsibility to follow up with the courier to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel.
If the parcel is returned to sender (RTS) due to non-collection or missed delivery, a £5 admin fee will be charged. This also applies to orders placed under the ‘Click and Collect from Argos’ scheme.

By placing an order, you confirm that you agree to the above delivery terms and conditions.
Preferred Payment Method
eBay Payments is the preferred payment method on our store, offering speed, convenience, and enhanced security for both buyers and sellers.
If you prefer not to use eBay payments, you can still complete your transaction quickly and securely by entering your debit or credit card details via checkout option.
Order Holding & Stock Allocation
Orders are held for a maximum of 5 days. If payment is not received within this timeframe, Prestige Auto Parts Ltd reserves the right to cancel the order.
Please note that stock is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis for orders with immediate payment. We cannot guarantee item availability for unpaid orders, even if they have been placed.
Important Address Information
To avoid delivery delays, please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and up to date. Keep in mind that the address entered at eBay checkout may be overridden by the default address saved in your eBay account. We recommend double-checking both to ensure consistency.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your item. This applies to all products purchased through our eBay store. If the item is faulty, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
To request a return, you must contact us via the eBay messaging system within 30 days of receipt, clearly stating your order date and eBay user ID. Unauthorised returns will be refused, so please ensure you have contacted us before sending anything back.
Return Conditions
- Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.
- Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal care items if the packaging has been opened, unsealed, or the product used.
- Returns must be made via Royal Mail or a registered courier service to ensure tracking and insurance coverage.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. The refund will include:
- The full purchase price
- Any deposit or part-payment
- The cost of standard delivery (if paid). Please note: premium delivery services are non-refundable.
We aim to process all eligible refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Damaged Goods Upon Delivery
If your order is delivered by Royal Mail, EVRI or Parcelforce, please inspect the packaging carefully upon arrival.
- If there is any visible damage or if you suspect the item may be damaged, please sign the delivery note as 'Goods Damaged' or reject the parcel.
- In either case, contact us immediately via eBay messages to report the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
