To put it simply, we don't do it like others when it comes to selling used merchandise. Every part of our five-step process is detailed and proprietary in nature. Any existing signs of wear or use are noted, and the item is graded according to how it compares to it's original, "new" condition. Products are then graded on a scale of 1-10: 10 representing a perfect product in terms of appearance, functionality and reliability. Only new and sealed items direct from the original manufacturer, with exceptional packaging, will be considered for a possible score of 10.
