John Charles Mills was a Australian politician who represented Wallsend and a Member of a South Wales Legislative Assembly for Labor Party from 1988 to 2007.
Mills was awarded a Bachelor of Science (Hons), and a Master of Science. He was a previously an industrial chemist with BHP.
He is an amateur artist and painted this sweet, quiet little landscape when he was 26 years of age traveling through Italy.
