The Mega Construx Figure listed here is the actual one you will receive. They are listed as New in Package, and as you can see from the pictures the figures are still in the package with cardboard backing. For most the cardboard backing is attached, and if not then it will be noted above and also pictured. This style seems to dry out and separate from backing frequently. We have taken several pictures of the front & back, and also the edges of the cardboard backing as I know some buyers are concerned with packaging condition. While the figure is new/untouched, the packaging itself may be a bit dusty and may have some surface wear to the clear plastic bubble or cardboard edges from storage/packing/handling.
The Pictures are part of the description, so please take a good look at them as they should answer most of your questions about condition. Each figure has been bagged for protection and is ready for boxing.

While we do offer combined shipping discounts, these figures aren't set up to do so automatically. As you start the checkout process, you can click on "request total from seller" and I will send you an invoice with the best shipping discount. Due to the size/weight of these figures we've set the shipping up to be calculated based on the buyer's zip code. We've made sure that they fit into the box with enough room so that the cardboard backing won't be bent.
We are also more than happy to combine with our other loose figures and accessories that we have listed.
We print shipping labels directly through ebay, so please make sure that the address listed is correct and complete, we cannot make changes to the address listed. Our USPS Mail Carrier makes daily pickups from our home Monday - Saturday, so we do our best to get your order out very quickly. The figure will be shipped in a cardboard box with bubble wrap & styrofoam peanuts, and the items are placed in zip bags to keep them safe. The tracking details will be available on your purchase page, and we do our best to send a message to let you know that your package is on its way.
