Our stock is carefully handled. Each item is wrapped by soft tissue or bubble protection and packed in plastic /  padded envelope or carton box to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition. Dispatch is within 1 working day and if possible as soon as the payment is cleared on the same date before 3PM. All items are shipped by Royal Mail, insured or recorded delivery is recommended for higher value items. However, we will obtain a receipt as proof of posting for all the items. 

We accept all payments methods accepted by eBay. If payment is not received after 6th day of buying the item may be relisted and eBay may open an unpaid item case. Returns can be accepted only if the goods are deemed to be faulty or the listing is incorrect or wrong size, such that the item doesn't fit. The items can only be returned within the terms of our returns policy. We must be notified within 48 hours upon receipt. It must be returned providing it is in its original condition with tags/labels and packing. We recommend that you return via recorded postal service, its your responsibility to return items safely. Once the item is returned in satisfactory condition, we will cancel the order and process a full refund. If you have changed your mind and returned an item, postal charges are non refundable. For safety and hygiene reasons, NO RETURNS on cosmetic, lingerie, swimwear, underwear, socks and hats.
