Support mounting is compatible with all generations of La Pavoni models, from the 1st Europiccola ('60-'74) to the latest models.

On sale:
1) Group head thermometer with thin flat sensor ideal to measure temperature of metal surfaces. Sensor is attached to the right side of the group.
Sensor's cable is detachable from the thermometer.

2) Metal enclosure support easily installed on the steam assembly.

The sensor is attached to the group head by an adhesive patch of 3 layers made of high quality and temperature resistant tapes: 
3M Kapton tape + aluminium tape + chrome foil tape for seamless aesthetic, identical to the chrome surface.

Note: if you have a brass machine, the third layer must be Kapton (orange) instead of chrome because it better matches the gold color of brass.


Important:
General precaution notes: never bend the wire at the solder joint (either sensor side or connector side). Use tweezers if necessary.
Gently remove the foil from the attachment patch, without bending the sensor at the solder joint.
When the sensor is attached to the group head, never pull its cable. Always disconnect the cable from the thermometer first.

about 1 sec refresh time
Max temperature reading: 110°C Celsius scale
Power supply: 2x button batteries AG13 model (included)
Accuracy of 0.1°C

Included some centimeters of spare part tape: aluminium, Kapton (the orange one) + chrome foil.
It is intended to be used as emergency repair for sensor attachment patch replacement.



Espresso taste is very sensitive to water temperature. You can feel the taste difference even with a 1° degree variation. 
Without a group head thermometer, it's like to be blind about the actual extraction temperature.
It's even more important in a Pavoni machine where the group head can have very large temperature variations.
The group head temperature acts like a reference point. With the same temperature, you will get a consistent taste.

Both shipping methods use the Italian postal service (www.poste.it) and they will be delivered by the national postal service of the country of destination.
Delivery time for both methods is the same (note that eBay estimates are not correct and too optimistic).
On average it will take about 2-3 weeks for Europe/UK/Canada/US and may take a couple of weeks more for the rest of the World. Precise delivery time is unpredictable, it depends on the country of destination.

In case of delivery problems (address etc..), you may contact your nearest postal office for information about the
the mail. If it can't be delivered, it will be automatically returned to the sender after some time.
