Shipping Policy
- We do not ship to PO Box! All orders will be shipped within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. A shipping notification with tracking number will be posted on your order once your order has been shipped. USA average transit time is from 1 ~ 5 business days.
- International buyers must note that there is no tracking number for international shipments. The item price and shipping fees do not include import duties or taxes and must be paid by the buyer. Canada average transit time is from 6 ~ 12 business days. The average transit to all other countries is from 10 ~ 25 business days depending on customs. Transit times vary depending on freight and weather conditions as well as custom clearance.
Return Policy
- We stand behind every product we sell. Unopened product can be returned within 1 year from the purchase date for a full refund excluding shipping fees. Defective products can be returned for exchange or full refund within 30 days from the date you receive the item. Buyer pays for return shipping on non-defective items.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded when a bad address causes a packaged to be returned. The item price and shipping fees will not be refunded when a bad address leads to a package being lost or abandoned.
