An interesting, detailed, early 19th century antique road strip map showing the route from Ospringe to Bridge in Kent, via Boughton under Blean, Harbledown and Canterbury with other settlements between.

The map depicts a route in the form of 2 vertical strips each with a compass point showing orientation. Also shown are distances in miles from London Bridge together with individual buildings, turnpikes, inns etc.

Fine condition, free of repairs or restoration, blank verso. 

Enhanced with hand colouring. 

An attractive map which would frame well.
