For Sale: GRBL-BOX32 - Upgraded Offline 3-Axis Integrated Motion Controller
The GRBL-BOX32 is the ideal solution for 3-axis CNC machines, delivering enhanced functionality and high performance. This all-in-one motion controller is built on the powerful combination of TMC2160 drivers and the MKS DLC32 controller board. It supports the connection of NEMA 23 or short NEMA 34 bi-polar stepper motors , with current ratings of up to 4.33 A per motor .
With a built-in 500W power supply, you can easily plug it into your CNC setup and start working without the need for any additional power sources. The motion box supports up to four stepper motors, including dual Y-axes, XYZ limit switches, and a Z-probe input. One significant feature of this next-generation controller is the use of the MKS Grbl CNC Firmware for ESP32 , which is fully compatible with GRBL v1.1 standard. This all-in-one controller can operate in three modes:
Offline Mode : This feature allows you to use our controller without a computer. Simply load the G-code file onto a microSD card, insert it into the CNC controller's microSD card slot, and use the 3.5-inch touchscreen interface to locate and run the desired G-code file directly from the GRBL controller. Touch screen jog settings are available in metric units only - please note!
Please note!
Wireless functionality depends on several factors such as the distance from the controlling device, the intensity of EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) in the area, and overall network stability. We strongly recommend testing the wireless connection thoroughly before starting any critical or long-running project. For the most reliable performance, we still strongly recommend using USB or Offline mode whenever possible.
The Grbl CNC Firmware for ESP32 settings can be easily changed in OpenBuilds Control software "GRBL settings" section.
