• Tighten using the metal hex and the specified installation torque. Do not apply force to the plastic housing.
• Follow the service procedure for thread sealant; do not add extra sealant automatically to pre-coated threads.
• Install the pigtail using suitable automotive wire-splicing and sealing methods. Keep wiring away from heat and moving components.
• After installation, check for oil leaks and confirm correct operation.
