SOME OF THE AVAILABLE UNITS DO NOT YET SEEM TO HAVE A BROKEN POWER SWITCH, BUT SINCE SEVERAL OTHERS DO, AND THE QUALITY OF THE SWITCH SEEMS POOR, YOU CAN ANTICIPATE THAT IT WILL BREAK.

QVS 1180 - 400 Hz Electric Power Tester. Condition is "Used". Shipped for free with economy unless other arrangements are made prior to purchase.

Power switch appears to be broken off on most units, as do some input grommet.  May need to be replaced.  Of the three available, the one power switch is set to off, so I didn't mess with it to try to change.  Seems to have had minimal use.  Some of the units have no documentation.  Several units available so pictures are representative (yes, there seems to be a quality control issue with the power switch and the grommets (I expect that the grommet issue is not functional, but merely aesthetic)).
