Shipping:

Item listed as "free shipping or flat rate for all buyers" for weight over 1Lb, it is for shipping only to Continental 48 United States only.  Items under or equal 1lb is good for all US states.

For over 1lb item shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico or all international shipping, please contact us for shipping cost before place order, or you can use eBay global shipping program.

Items might be listed for 2~3 handling days. But in general, we ship orders in 24 hours after payment received.

After you placed order, please check your eBay message in following 24 hours that we should have questions regarding your order. Sometimes we need double check with you to be sure you ordered correct parts.

Returns and return fee: 

Please check our list carefully about returnable or not and return fee.

In generally we accept return no question, buyer pays shipping OUT and shipping IN fee. Some our items are 50~80lbs, very expensive shipping.

Some items listed as “NOT RETURN” because expensive items or special-order items or assembled items.  If buyer is not very sure whether the item works for, please contact us. Our sales engineer always help. If you get our confirmation that this part is good for your application, but it really does not work for your application after you received, we have no question to accept return.

In case you ordered “NOT RETURN” items., and it does not work for you or you ordered by mistake,   Please contact us, we try to help and see how we can do based on what the item is and our supplier accept return or not or cost.

Return Restock fee.   Our items are industrial items and application. Most of our suppliers charge restock fee.   So we charge 15% of your total ebay purchase payment as restock fee. If some products that used or installed should not be resell as new products, we will not accept return.

Cancel order:

We understand anyone might make mistake or change mind. So we accept cancel order before shipping out without any fee.   If item shipped, our shipping terms will be applied.

Payment and Tax:

Buyer pays money, Tax or any fee to eBay. eBay deducts their fee and pay the balance to us. Ebay charge % for all buyer paid money, include item sale price, shipping, and TAX. So if buyer has any payment issue, please contact eBay, not contact seller. Seller does not have any your credit card, PayPal account information. Also, seller does not collect TAX.

Item details, pictures, package etc:

Because our items are most industrial application. Same item might have many options, such as port size, color, package, name plate, or different model number/part number because selling in different industries and sales channels. So the list pictures might not be exact as your part that you are looking for or that you received. Any question just ask us, we can send you information exact one you asked. 

List item picture is for reference only. It might not be exactly show the item you look for. Please always see the item description that gives you exact what included, what color is. For example , list picture  shows a valve with SAE port, but our list description states valve with NPT ports. So you will receive NPT port valve.

Always check list description not pictures!

International Orders:

Buyer is responsible for any customs fees or other fees their country may charge upon arrival of item. Shipping forms are filled out with accurate description and price. Please contact us for international shipping & Handling cost before you place order.

Shipping Lost or Damaged items, Quality Issue:

As soon as your payment paid, your item will be shipped out within 1~2 business days in most case.  Trucking # will be found on your ebay order. If the shipping trucking # or the trucking status is not updated, please contact us. It might be item lost.

Item(s) arrive damaged or parts of them lost, please contact us right away. Take pictures for record, You will be required to provide pictures for insure claims. The following pictures will be required:  All damage, Box (overall and any damage to box), Close up of shipping label, All packing material (bubble wrap, foam, paper, cardboard, etc) will be kept well for inspector. These pictures are required for us to submit insurance claims with the shipping companies. If you cannot provide ALL of these pictures, you will not be issued a refund.

For all Quality Issue return, Buyer will pay the return shipping first. After we received return items, our technician will do completely test. If buyer required, we can arrange 3rd party test and test report to buyer. If test report states product issue, full refund including shipping cost will be refunded. If no any quality issue, no refund will be issued. Item can be shipped back to buyer by buyer's shipping cost and buyer paid any 3rd party test cost.  

if have quality issue on the product received, call us right away.  We always stand behind our products. Please don’t return without contact. For example, buyer returns a C102 hydraulic pump because it does not work. Buyer does not know he order wrong rotation pump. If buyer contacts us before return, he just need to change the pump rotation at local shop, not pay expensive shipping and time.
