Used condition. I CANNOT GET IT TO WORK. All pieces are present as far as I know. There looks to be tape or something on the inside spool piece. I'm not sure if it was made that way or if someone added it. The bottom is slightly dirty. No broken pieces just a couple of small dings that you can see if you zoom in on the photos. For some reason it just does not seem to be working. Comes with the original box. It is not the made in USA version, it is made in Taiwan. Please look over all photos carefully before making your decision. Thank you for your consideration!
