  16 = Bust 34"; Waist 28"; Hip 37"
  Misses' One-Piece Dress:  The bodice, styled with a fly-front closing,
  has inside tucks at the front and back waistline.  The softly flared skirt
  is seamed down the center front and back.  In style 1, the bodice and
  pointed collar are cut in one.  Cap sleeves and a tie belt finish the dress.
  In style 2, the self flaps are buttoned to contrasting flaps and a
  V-neckline and cap sleeves are featured.  A self or purchased belt may
  be used.  Style 3 is the three-quarter length sleeve version of style 1.
  Suggested Fabrics:  Silk, Wool or Rayon Crepe, Spun Rayon, Wool or
  Rayon Gabardine or Flannel Shantung, Foulard, Surah, Sharkskin,
  Satin, Faille, Chambray, Linen, Seersucker, Pique, Cotton Broadcloth.
