This volume was circulated at the 1990 EasyRider Motorcycle Rodeo in Chillicothe, Ohio.  There does not seem to be a reference to same anywhere on the internet.  It is not clear if this was the single issue ever published.  Great snapshot of Biker Life printed in black and white only.  Lots of photos, some a bit naughty, most of folks riding or attending a rider's event (toys for tots, rodeo, day trips, etc.).

Published by a Buckeye Bikers Corporation out of Baltimore, Ohio.  The company was incorporated in February of 1990, and was ended in 1992 according to Ohio business records.  

This is the one and only opportunity likely to surface for a buyer to acquire this magazine.  My best information is that this is an example of the one and only issue ever put into circulation.
