We Ship from CA or KY,it's depends on your location.
We ship within 1 working day after payment received from Monday to Friday,except for Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
Orders placed after 10 a.m. PST Friday will be ship on next Monday.
Although we ship to most areas served by our carriers, FedEx, UPS and DHL,we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, FPO and APO addresses.
We are unable to ship internationally or to other U.S. Territories (ie. Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc.)
Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the receipt of the merchandise. A full refund or exchange will be given if the merchandise is found to be damaged, defective, or not as described in the auction. Returns for any other reason will get a refund minus the cost that was incurred by TUFFmailers to ship the item.
