We take payment in a variety of ways including

• Paypal
• Bank Transfer
• Credit / Debit Cards
• Payment must be made within 3 days of buying item

• All orders paid for before 4.30 PM (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched same day (excluding weekends & Bank holidays).
• We try to get all orders delivered for the following day BUT this is not a condition of sale.
• If you live in the Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland please contact us first for a quote.
• Please inspect the packaging BEFORE signing for the goods and make the appropriate comments when signing for them.
• We can deliver to destinations outside Mainland UK but please contact us for a P&P Quote first.

We are happy to take returns provided you meet the following criteria:

• The packaging has not been damaged.
• You inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
• You have not attempted to install / fit the parts.
• You return the goods via a secure method.
• You notify us that the goods are being returned.
• We will refund your money as soon as we have inspected the goods.

All our new items come with a 12 Month manufacturer's warranty , in order to avail of the warranty you must:

• Comply with the fitting instructions that apply to the goods.
• Damage caused by not following the correct installation procedure and changing relevant parts as recommended by the vehicles manufacturer will render the warranty invalid.

If you are unsure of what you need to do please contact us and we will be happy to advise you.

• You must identify why your turbocharger has failed and rectify the problem BEFORE you fit a new turbo.
• You must follow the proper pre installation instructions.
• Turbocharger components are high precision components engineered to very high tolerances and as such need to be assembled and fitted in a clean environment using the best lubrication possible.
• Any warranty returns MUST be accompanied with copies of the relevant invoice and receipts.

Our terms and conditions form: a contract between you the Buyer and us a the seller, please do not purchase our goods if you do not wish to be bound by them.

• Should a item be returned that has clearly been used and then returned as ''Wrong part'' we reserve the right to refuse a refund and it will be up to the buyer to have it collected.
• Warranty claims will only be investigated if accompanied with the correct paperwork.
• In the event of a successful warranty claim our liability is limited to the original amount paid and does not cover any other costs whatsoever.
• Should you return a turbo cartridge which has been dismantled or an attempt has been made to dismantle it then your warranty will be void.
• Goods need to have been installed by professional workshop and a vat receipt issued.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the distance selling rules.
