ITEM CONDITION - Cover shows surface wear .... spine is tight .... back cover is good with some surface wear.   Interior numbers 180  pgs - all are there and in good condition (water stain on first two pages)- pages have some tanning to edges, inherent to age.  OVERALL - EXTERIOR IS GOOD.... INTERIOR IS GOOD.
