STURCTURE & DURABILITY
  • Made from Aluminized Steel the pans are healthy and natural choice compared to any other non-stick coating. Provide consistent heat distribution for even baking result. High gauge reinforced wire at the top give extra strength and durability to the pan and cracking and deformation is not expected for long time.
HAND CRAFTED
  • Unlike many on the market, the pans are hand crafted and shaped to achieve manual perfection.  Due to delicate hand work involved, the pans have seams on the joints and occasionally water drops might leak.
BAKING ADVICE
  • Preheat the oven. Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 35 minutes. Use of the parchment paper at the loose bottom (cutting the shape) is recommended. Use the butter to grease the tin before baking. Leave the cake to cool down for 10 minutes before release. Pop the cake up by pressing the loose bottom upwards.
CLEANING
  • Hand wash with warm soapy water and keep dry for thorough cleaning. Not dishwasher safe.  The set of tins can also be presented as a useful gift to friend and family or to kids looking to start baking with smaller tins.
