These are carbide tipped with steel bodies. These are surplus, purchased for a project, company that gave us the contract went belly up, so now selling the surplus as we no longer have the project. 

They may have some slight chipping on the body, or cutting edge. They will drill holes. 

Will ship free via USPS First class postage, multiple avaialble, free shipping. In the event you order enough for first class to not be viable, I will ship USPS Priority and I will eat the cost of the shipping. So either way, it will be free shipping.
