This is a genuine optical drive from a working Xbox One X console (Model 1787).

The optical drive has been thoroughly tested and is in excellent working order.

The optical drive does not include a control board.

Buyers must transfer the control board from the old to this new optical drive because the control board is coupled with the motherboard. 

Soldering ability is required.

There are no tools included with the item.

Buyers should have their own tools to install the optical drive.

Buyers should have the knowledge and skills to properly install it.
