The main slogan "Glory to the Leninist Komsomol" is written on the banner. At the bottom there are 5 orders of 1928, 1931, 1945, 1948 and 1956, which were presented to the Komsomol organization of the region for high success in the construction of Soviet power. Under each order is written what merit.

 This banner is a pennant made in a single copy and there is no other of the same.
