This is an Ultraman Taro spark doll figure from Bandai's Ultra Hero Series, based on the Ultraman Ginga series! The date on the foot is 2012, but I believe it is a few years newer than that. See pictures for details and a height measurement.

CONDITION: Live sign is not present Scattered marks and signs of wear and use. Otherwise, good used condition! See pictures for condition details.
