Item is beautifully adorned in the form of a SWEET ANTIQUE GOLD FILLED CARVED SHELL CAMEO MAIDEN LADY FLOWER PIN PENDANT.  The item is wonderfully made of solid gold filled and is wonderfully decorated in the form of a shell cameo that is wonderfully carved into a beautiful maiden lady.  May be worn as a pendant or pin.
