We aim to dispatch your order within 24hrs of receiving your artwork or when you approve your custom design from us. However sometimes we do get busy, in such instances we will dispatch within two working days excluding bank holidays and weekends.


In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

We take great care when packing and posting our items, but sometimes couriers may damage the item, so please inspect the item before signing for the delivery. If the item looks damaged sign for it as damaged, or refuse to sign for it. We will be notified within 24 hours. We will happily replace the item for you where possible, or issue a full refund.

Custom printed pvc banners, suitable for indoor/outdoor application.

Printed in house using epson printers with friendly eco solvent inks on mesh pvc banner material.

Simply purchase the size required, after purchase we will send you our email for you to send your artwork to.

To prevent delay to your order please include your ebay user id in the email.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND US YOUR ARTWORK VIA EBAY MESSAGE as ebay messaging down scales images and will not be suitable for large print,
if it's text only you may ebay message it to us.

We will send you proof for your approval if we are designing your banner, if you are providing print ready artwork we will not send proof.

All artwork must be supplied in CMYK and ideally in PDF format as this format retains better quality than Jpeg files, please ensure your artwork is to size without any bleed.

The final print will be only as good as the artwork so please check over the artwork at 100% print scale before forwarding it to us.

If you'd like us to check it for please mention this in your communication to us.

Our FREE design service is text only if anything more is required then design fee of £15 is applicable.

The design will be saved in our server under your ebay user id for repeat orders.

If you wish for us to send you the design after creating it then the charge for design is £30.

Once design is approved or we have received print ready artwork we will make and dispatch your banner within 24hrs excluding weekends and bank holidays.

We mostly dispatch next working day, this is only after receiving print ready artwork. If your artwork is not suitable for large print or is to the incorrect size or scale to that of the size purchased this will delay your order so please ensure your artwork is print ready.

If you are going to be hanging up your banner against a railing or in a location where there is or will likely be more wind we strongly recommend you purchase our mesh banners, mesh banners have tiny holes to allow the wind to pass through thus less resistance on the banner itself, if you are unsure please contact us we will help you make the correct choice for your application.




Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is sent via My Hermes (2-3 working days). Note this time scale is only AFTER the item is dispatched. Items larger than 120cm in length and 60cm in width will sent via Yodel (2-3 working days).




Next Day Delivery

For next day delivery please select next day shipping accordingly. For next day delivery all artwork needs to be in by 11am and needs to be print ready, after this time we cannot guarantee dispatch on the same day but will be the following day.



Please Note:

We do NOT guarantee delivery times as once your item is with the courier it is out of our control. We can only send out your parcel on time via the service you paid for, if it is a day late or two please note we are not to blame for this as we will dispatch your item within the stated time. Should you require a guaranteed delivery service there will be an extra charge.




Saturday Delivery

Should you require the item for Saturday Delivery please note there is an extra charge for this service.



Delivery Surcharge

Certain parts in the UK although classed as within UK these carry an extra delivery surcharge, standard surcharge fee is £6 however this may be more depending on the parcel size and weight.

Areas which surcharges apply are:
Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Sicily Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, PO Box"
