Product Description

Each Hydraulic Press is assembled and individually inspected before shipping. Our PRESSES are designed & capable of being heated to the ideal temperature.
All Presses are designed & built to stand the test of time and to become a permanent piece of equipment for our end users, in Auto Shops, Health Food Stores, Tea Pressing, Cornstarch Block Pressing, Leather Embossing, Rings out of Silver Dollar (Mold Needed), Dentistry (Custom Molds Needed) & Jewelers.
Ours is fully machined precision-made pieces built from aircraft aluminum. When heated, the aircraft aluminum transfers and retains heat much more efficiently and effectively than steel, which other Presses are made out of. Utilizing machined aluminum instead of welded steel allows The Monster Press to be constructed from one solid piece of material. Hence, there are no seams or gaps, and everything fits together perfectly for the life of the Press.

Turn handle counter clockwise to fully extend. Drop in plunger. Fill with material. Replace cap.
Image 4: HEAT
While under pressure, run hot water over press body for 3 minutes. Turn handle tighter.
Image 5: PRESS
Apply torque by turning clockwise. Tighten by hand ONLY!
Image 6: EXTRACT
Allow unit to cool off before opening. Back off pressure and remove cap. Turn handle to push material out.
