Fraudulent Returns : With respect to honest buyers, we do report and block dishonest and inexperienced buyers who misdiagnose their appliance, order the wrong part, or damage it, then abuse return by starting false returns, claiming "defective",  “wrong part received,” or “not as described” to trick ebay return and make it look like seller’s fault to avoid paying return shipping.

We use plastic (non-conductive) Security Labels and hidden UV marks on our parts, we keep photos of the sold item with security marks prior to shipping showing shipping label

Tampering or removing Security Labels on returned items voids all types of returns, will be considered fraud and will be reported.

With respect to honest buyers, we do report Scammers, Fraudsters, and Return Abusers to: ebay, FTC, IC3, BBB, IRS (US Buyers), USPIS (Mail Fraud 18 U.S.C. § 1341.), Facebook, badbuyerlist.org, Google Reviews, and “eBay’s Law Enforcement Security Center”.
