This is a Rawlings Official Major League Baseball Hand Signed by Joe West. Joe inscribed the ball with his years as an umpire 1976-2021 and with #5376 the number of games that he broke Bill Klem's record. It is authenticated by JSA (James Spence Authentication). They are approved by eBay.
