This is a "Windom" figure based on the Ultraseven series and the Ultraman Mebius series, by Bandai. It is from 2006, and is over 7" tall. See pictures for details and a height measurement on this hard-to-find Ultra Monster Series kaiju!

CONDITION: Many surface marks, wear and signs of use are present. The fin on the top of the head is bent. Good otherwise. See pictures for condition details.
